Add a comment to a bug!

Users can now choose between writing a comment or creating a reproduction when replying to a Bug. We expect it to facilitate and improve players and development team interactions around a Bug.

More details will be available soon in an upcoming Help Center article.

More storage allowed for Bugs attachments!
We now accept larger files for Bug attachments. If you need a specific file type to exceed the default limit, please contact your account manager with the file extension and the new maximum size. 

Footer layout and content is based on the configuration done in the back-office

Admins can update the footer directly from the back office without G2G team intervention. Footer layout and content now reflect your back-office settings, so you can tailor as you wish.

• Fixed an issue preventing users from downloading their attachments during Bug creation or reproduction. (#1319) 

• Removed the display of full file paths for Bug attachments in the Bug creation/reproduction flow. (#1320)

• Fixed an issue where previously selected platforms and distributors remained active when returning to the Bugs list. (#1378) 

• Corrected visibility of game versions for Members after changing from VIP-only to Member. (#1379) 

• Removed a persistent loading icon on iOS once the Bug page finishes loading. (#1385) 

• Fixed the Bug draft menu (on the homepage) so you can choose an option instead of being redirected immediately.

Bugs Feature: Custom Informative card

The platform Admins can now customize informative card texts to encourage users to upvote or reproduce them. The customization page is in Bugs Settings of a Universe under “Informative card.”

You can decide whether to display or not the informative card, customize the title, and the content of the message.

Text Editor Update to v8.2.7

Threads and Ideas:

It was not possible to approve a Thread or an Idea that was moderated with a Ban or Shadowban. (#1276)

Text Editor - Upgraded the version to v8.2.6:

• Copy/Paste from Word with content including comments is functional.

Bugs - Could not add a reproduction to a bug report. (1281)

Tutorials - Fixed buttons appearing as rectangles instead of squares. (625)

Rewards - Reward feature is updated with new options available for Game (full/dlc) reward redeem. G2G Redeemer will display a link to Epic Games Store/Steam to redeem a code.

Documentation on the usage of the feature will be provided separately.

General - Icons and style files are loaded separately for universes that are public and universe that are private (restricted to DEV/ADMIN). This is to ensure no one can scrap the files to discover something not publicly revealed yet. 

Text Editor - New version available, allowing to copy/paste from Word into TextEditor, working only without Word Comments into the copied content. This will allow users to copy content from Word and have some of the styles elements imported from Word into TextEditor (headings, bullet points, etc.) 

Contests - A contest set as cross-universe redirects to the default universe game instead of the contest page. (1232) 

Help - Searching for Questions in the Homepage of Help feature led to a blank page. (1264) 

Ideas - Some actions available on an idea where duplicated on its first comment. (1275) 

Ideas - “Invalid date” was displayed after deleting an idea. (1268) 

Moderation - Broken link to user content from the moderation watch list. (1274) 

Moderation - Fixed a design issue related to the watch list.  

News - Content of the news doesn’t update when accessing it from the footer. (1261) 

Tutorials - Searching for Tutorials in the Homepage of Tutorials feature led to a blank page.
