New Chatbot & Help Center integration into Manage

Our new chatbot, Gigi, joined the back-office to support you during the configuration of your platform. We hope Gigi will help you navigate the configuration of your platform with more ease and facilitate the access to Help Center database. You can also use Gigi to directly get in relation with our account management team, submit a support request or feedback. 
Access Gigi from the header by clicking on the Help icon next to your profile picture.

Gigi is not accessible on the CMS pages, however you can access the Help Center with the “GET HELP” button on the top left corner of the header.
