You can configure the rate limiter by communicating with your account manager during set-up. Contact your account manager with any updates if you notice an uptick in spam threads or posts.

Contact your account manager and let them know whether you want to change the time delay for threads, posts, votes, questions, or answers. You can specify a delay of seconds or minutes.

Note: We are actively working to give clients more autonomy with feature configuration. This article will be updated when Devs and Admins are able to update rate limiter settings directly.
