When should I customize the spam words list?
You can customize your spam words list when the anti-spam service is configured during setup. After the platform is setup, you can add to the spam words lists when you notice an uptick in spam posts that use a recurring word or phrase.
How do I customize the spam words list?
Currently, Devs and Admins are unable to edit the spam word list directly. Please contact your account manager with words you would like to add to your spam words list.
Note: We are actively working to give clients more autonomy with feature configuration. This article will be updated when Devs and Admins are able to configure the spam words list directly.
