What is "Help" feature ?

Members can use the “Help” feature to solicit answers to their questions about specific topics. Community members, Devs, and studio staff all have the opportunity to respond. Devs and Admins can leverage the community’s participation by marking a best answer. Users can upvote a question to increase its visibility, or follow it to keep up with new answers.

The “Help” feature can also be used to provide feedback to Devs. (Although the “Ideas” feature might be a better option!)

For Devs and Admins, the “Help” feature is a bit different from other features. It can only be accessed through the front end. There is no way to manage questions through the back office.
