What is the “Contests” feature?
The “Contests” feature supports direct audience participation. It looks similar to forums, but has tools specific to running a contest.
Contests work well in situations where you want to solicit input from the community and determine a winner based on upvoting and G2G points. Like “Votes,” the “Contests” feature lets you ask for more specific input than “Ideas,” but it does not limit the number of options that your community can choose from and support.
An individual contest consists of a “section,” in which users can post “propositions” that align with the contest’s prompt. The process for users to post and browse propositions is similar to posting and browsing threads.

The “Contests” feature works well for any engagement-driven event where you want community-submitted suggestions to be voted on by the community, such as naming a new NPC or meeting an in-game challenge.
